Return Policies

Mobi is dedicated to customer satisfaction. To return Product(s), you must call Company Customer Service at 1-952-562-5580 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 14 days of the original date of purchase. After receiving a RMA, you must ship the Products to Company in their original packaging and condition, unused and uncut, prepay shipping charges and accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Company will not ship a replacement, exchange or issue a refund until we have received and inspected the returned Product(s). Returned Product(s) must be in “new” condition. If returned Product(s) are not found to be in “new” condition upon inspection, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the Product(s) will be returned to you at your expense. Condition of the returned Product(s) will be determined at the sole discretion of the Company. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The returned package must contain a copy of an original sales receipt or invoice containing the price of the returned Product(s). Any returned Product shipped C.O.D., without a RMA visible on the exterior of the package, or in any other way shipped without complying with every requirement under this section may be returned by Company. Company will not accept returns or exchanges of Product(s) with removed or altered labeling information.
